Every December, 6:8 Ministries hosts special Christmas celebrations for our ministry partners in Costa Rica. These gatherings are more than just parties—they are opportunities to share Christ’s love, dignity, and joy with police officers, children, the homeless, and our city English class students.
This year, our total goal is $10,000. Each ministry team has its own celebration and fundraising target. With your help, we can make each event unforgettable.

Our Christmas Parties
Police Banquet
$1,500
Our police officers work tirelessly to keep our communities safe. Let’s show them how much we appreciate their service.
Budget Breakdown:
- $500 Gifts (high-quality flashlights or sunglasses for each officer)
- $200 Decorations (plates, silverware, napkins, festive décor)
- $800 Food (brisket, ribs—the good stuff!)
Homeless Christmas Party

Christmas is a time to bring warmth and dignity to those who need it most. Together, we’ll share a meal and remind our homeless neighbors they are seen and loved.
Budget Breakdown:
- $600 Food (tamales, chile, dessert, coffee, juice)
- $150 Utensils (plates, forks, knives, napkins, tablecloths)
$250 Extras (tables, chairs, Christmas decorations)
Children’s Christmas Carnival

This is our largest celebration—bringing 175 children to experience Christmas with gifts, games, and the message of Jesus’ love.

- $5,250 Gifts ($30 per child × 175 kids)
City English Class Party

A simple, joyful gathering for our students who dedicate themselves to learning and growing through English classes.
