Victor and Cinthya Acuña live in the neighborhood of Juan Pablo in Alajuelita. They serve many crucial roles in the ministry, from working with teams to supporting our various ministries in the city. Nearly twenty years ago, Spencer hired Victor to do some work at his house. That project turned into a friendship spanning two decades and a job with 6:8 Ministries. Victor began by leading groups of missionaries in housing projects for people in extreme poverty and homelessness.
Currently, he works as the Director of Operations in Alajuelita, supervising the staff and serving as our local contact with many neighborhoods in the city. Victor met Cinthya in Alajuelita, where his brothers and friends lived for many years. After a while, they fell in love and began a family, attending church together. Cinthya plays a part in our homeless and children’s ministries, mentoring the next generation of 6:8 Staff. Victor and Cinthya both assist Randy, their son, in our feeding center ministries for children and the homeless in Alajuelita. Additionally, they both teach at our homeless feeding center.
“We have a passion for showing the love of God to our neighbors and instructing the next generation of 6:8.”
Please support God’s work through Victor and Cinthya’s family with your prayers and donations!
